Donald John Gross (June 30, 1931 – August 10, 2017) was an American baseball player whose 13-year professional career (1950–52; 1954–63) included all or parts of six seasons of Major League Baseball with the Cincinnati Redlegs (1955–57) and Pittsburgh Pirates (1958–60). A left-handed pitcher, Gross stood 5 feet 11 inches (1.80 m) tall and weighed 186 pounds (84 kg). He attended Michigan State University. Gross died August 10, 2017, at 86 years old.
