Debs (S–Indiana), running with the first Socialist mayor of a major city in the United States Emil Seidel, with 5.67% of the popular vote. As of the 2016 presidential election, this is the last election in which Ritchie County voted for the Democratic candidate, as well as the last election in which Grant County did not vote for the Republican candidate.
